Jack Barnes and Jeanette Jones are WTJ Photography LLC. We are best friends who love photography and more importantly would love to share their photographic passion and skill with you on your special day.

I, JACK BARNES, was first bitten by the photography bug over 30 years ago and have been scratching that itch ever since. I have dabbled in landscape, wildlife, product, portrait, and event shooting and have some proficiency in all. Friends and relatives would drag me (sometimes kicking and screaming) into portrait and wedding sessions which developed into an occasional part time business. The year 2005 saw event photography blossom into my full time employment. I have never worked harder nor been more excited. This is where I belong. I will be your lead photographer and a part of your event should you choose to hire WTJ Photography LLC.

JEANETTE JONES has had an interest in photography for many years and has worked hard for the last seven years to improve her craft. She gives mightily of her time and talent to WTJ Photography LLC. She does have wedding experience and is expert at slide shows, DVD production, and a multitude of computer related skills as well. She will be assisting with your event and (in the case of weddings) will share the photography duties during times when being in more than one place is required. Her greatest talent is in putting people at ease and being a friend you can count on during your happy but hectic day.

SUSAN BARNES AND JAMES JONES are the names of our spouses, and while they are not officially employees you may have contact with them. Their encouragement, patience, and support make these endeavors possible.

WTJ Photography LLC operates out of my (Jack's) home in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and occasionally out of Jeanette's home in Evansville, Wisconsin. We are a full service film and digital studio featuring professional equipment. We use only quality professional Nikon 35mm digital and film cameras. Medium format capabilities (large negative for very large prints) are available if required.

Our studio does include professional scanning equipment for both 35mm and medium format slides and negatives so that regardless of the method of capture your photograph will end its life as a quality digital file. From there it will be edited on calibrated high end computer equipment using Adobe Photoshop. Retouching, special effects, and image restoration are available as well as color correction, image sharpening, and cropping. We specialize in the production of professional quality DVD slideshows. Our printing is done either in-house with capabilities of archival quality in sizes up to 12 inches by 24 inches or through outside professional color lab. We offer only the highest quality products and services.

We have high end laptop computers (with 17" diagonal calibrated display) available for presentations, slideshows, and immediate downloads of your images onto hard drive and CD/DVD media. This prevents the possibility of accidental loss of your precious images. Portrait sessions can be taken with the (digital) camera connected directly to the laptop for immediate verification. Your portraits are available to view within seconds after shooting. We feature professional lighting for both studio and location portrait shoots.
